Refund and withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal. Because this is an online purchase, you can withdraw within 7 calendar days after payment. Write to contato@canvaseleitoral.site with your account email and the approximate time of purchase.

What happens. The pixels from that order that still have your color are removed from the mural and the amount is returned by the same payment method, within 10 business days. Pixels that have already been repainted by someone else are not affected.

Charged but pixels did not appear. If the payment was approved and your pixels did not appear, contact us at contato@canvaseleitoral.site: we check the order manually and, if necessary, refund the amount.

Removal for prohibited content. Orders whose pixels are removed for violating the Terms of use (offensive or discriminatory content, content that identifies people, political propaganda, defamation or any other content prohibited on election day) are not refunded.
